Job Title: Lead Expert

About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned derivative lawyer to lead our team with expertise spanning European, Asian, and US markets.

This senior leadership position involves providing guidance on Corporate Law and Contract Law, as well as drafting and negotiating International Commercial Contracts and Agreements.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Drafting and negotiating contracts including ISDA Master Agreement, Global Master Repurchase Agreement, Global Master Stock Lending Agreements, Confidentiality Agreements, and Non-Disclosure Agreements.
  • Collaborating closely with the team, providing training on derivative documents and demonstrating excellent leadership skills.
  • Maintaining a deep understanding of finance-based contracts, derivative business, and market trends.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience working with leading banks or financial institutions.
  • Sound understanding of Corporate Law and Contract Law.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
