As a seasoned project management professional, you will serve as the key liaison between stakeholders to deliver projects efficiently.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive project plans that incorporate risk management and budget control to meet client needs and business objectives.
  • Coordinate and foster effective teamwork among project stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Manage project performance, including design and site delivery teams, to guarantee successful project outcomes.
  • Negotiate and coordinate with vendors and business partners to facilitate project completion.
  • Establish formal reporting arrangements to provide regular project updates to clients and company stakeholders.
Key Requirements:
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in building construction or a related field, with a focus on project management.
  • Proven experience in managing multiple corporate/ workplace interior fit-out projects, with a strong understanding of individual trades and subcontractors.
  • Strong team management and client-facing experience, with the ability to work independently under pressure.
  • Proficient in adopting digital and technology initiatives to enhance project efficiency and customer satisfaction.
