Job Title: Software Quality Assurance Specialist

Location: Remote (Jaipur)

Shift Timings: 2 PM – 11 PM IST

Experience Required: 2–5 Years

Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Software Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in Regression, Smoke, and Sanity testing, along with solid SQL skills and excellent communication abilities. Experience in Mortgage, Finance, or Banking domains is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and execute test cases for functional, regression, smoke, and sanity testing.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product quality and timely delivery.
  • Conduct thorough manual testing of web and backend applications.
  • Write and execute SQL queries for data validation and backend testing.
  • Identify, document, and track bugs using standard bug tracking tools.
  • Participate in requirement analysis and provide QA insights during planning.
  • Contribute to process improvements and QA best practices.

Required Skills:

  • 2–5 years of experience in Manual and Functional QA.
  • Strong understanding of Regression, Smoke, and Sanity testing techniques.
  • Proficiency in SQL for backend validation.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setup.

Good to Have:

  • Experience in Mortgage, Finance, or Banking domains.
  • Knowledge of IBMi systems.
  • Exposure to Automation Testing tools (e.g., Selenium, Postman, JMeter).
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
