About the Role

As a senior test engineer, you will drive innovation in app-driven cloud and hybrid solutions designed to accelerate time-to-value across network planning, engineering, and operations.

  • Lead cross-functional teams to develop and implement comprehensive testing strategies.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Analyze project risks, identify areas for improvement, and optimize testing scope and scheduling.
  • Liaise with departmental managers to prioritize resources and allocate them effectively to multiple projects.
  • Develop and maintain tools for engineering efficiency and infrastructure.
  • Promote continuous integration and automated testing practices throughout the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement automation frameworks using Python and Pytest.
  • Implement Agile/Lean software development methodologies to enhance collaboration and quality.
  • Maintain expertise in Unix, Linux, or RTOS, and strong experience in SQL and database management.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in testing and automation.
