Senior Front-end Developer Opportunity

Job Title: Senior Front-end Developer (React)

Location: Remote Work Setting

Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Front-end Developer to lead the development of high-quality, scalable, and maintainable web interfaces. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for translating Figma designs into clean, responsive React components, staying aligned with design standards and performance best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Design and develop reusable, modular front-end components using React.js and modern front-end technologies.
  2. Translate design mockups into production-ready code that meets accessibility and cross-browser compatibility standards.
  3. Implement modern CSS practices, including SCSS, CSS Modules, Tailwind, or styled-components.
  4. Maintain and optimize UI performance, ensuring scalability and maintainability.
  5. Collaborate closely with designers, product managers, and backend engineers to drive the development of intuitive user experiences.
  6. Contribute to the development of UI standards, component libraries, and design systems.
  7. Participate in code reviews, mentor junior developers, and provide technical guidance.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5+ years of professional experience in front-end development.
  • Expertise in React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
  • Strong experience in converting Figma designs into production-ready code.
  • Deep understanding of responsive design, CSS architecture, and component-based development.
  • Experience with CSS frameworks and CSS-in-JS solutions.
  • Familiarity with Ruby on Rails and integrating with Rails-based backends.
  • Knowledge of front-end testing frameworks like Jest and React Testing Library.
  • Good understanding of Git workflows, Agile development, and CI/CD processes.
