The Member Accession Marketing Team plays a critical role in driving growth by acquiring and onboarding new members from small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs).

About the Role

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify potential partners for working capital finance solutions.
  • Build and maintain relationships with partners, communicating and collaborating effectively.
  • Develop strategies to acquire new partners and expand the partner network.
  • Foster and grow relationships with existing partners in the working capital finance space.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to understand client needs and develop tailored solutions.
  • Conduct market research to stay ahead of competitors.
  • Structure working capital finance solutions, including supply chain financing, trade credit, factoring, invoice discounting, and lines of credit.
  • Negotiate with partners and clients to ensure mutually beneficial terms.
  • Provide training and support to partners on working capital finance products.
  • Monitor partner performance and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
  • At least 7 years of experience in partnership management, business development, or financial services, with a focus on working capital finance solutions.
  • Proven track record in managing partnerships within the financial services or fintech industry.
  • Strong understanding of working capital finance products.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to think strategically and identify opportunities to grow and optimize partnerships.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored financial solutions.
