Senior Graphic Designer Job Description

We are seeking an experienced senior graphic designer to join our team.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Create visually engaging assets that enhance brand identity and improve user experience.
  • Develop infographics, brochures, and print materials that align with the company's visual identity.
  • Design wireframes and UI elements for landing pages and websites, working closely with developers to ensure seamless execution.
  • Design attention-grabbing posts and stories for social platforms, creating ad variations for A/B testing.
  • Design pitch decks and investor presentations that effectively communicate the company's message.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
  • 5 years of experience as a graphic designer, preferably in a marketing or agency environment.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
  • Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
  • Experience with digital and print design, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and a creative mindset, with strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team.

  • Number of designs delivered per month.
  • Brand consistency score.
  • Internal review ratings.
  • Engagement rate on visuals (likes, shares, saves).
