About This Role

This position is ideal for an individual with a passion for graphic design and a talent for visual storytelling. The role involves creating engaging designs for various marketing materials, including websites, social media platforms, brochures, and other promotional items. Collaborating with marketing teams to develop creative concepts and revising designs based on feedback are also key responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop Digital Designs: Design visually appealing digital content, such as website graphics, social media posts, and email campaigns.
  • Enhance Brand Consistency: Ensure consistent branding across all design projects, maintaining a strong visual identity.
  • Collaborate with Marketing Teams: Work closely with marketing teams to conceptualize and implement design ideas.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design or Related Field: Possess a degree in Graphic Design or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite: Proficient in using Adobe Creative Suite tools, such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
  • Strong Understanding of Visual Principles: Have a solid understanding of visual principles, typography, and color theory.
  • Portfolio Showcasing Design Skills: Possess a portfolio showcasing previous design work.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Demonstrate excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
Preferred Skills:
  • Motion Graphics/Video Editing: Experienced in motion graphics/video editing using After Effects and Premiere Pro.
  • Web Design/UX/UI Experience: Possess experience with web design/UX/UI principles.
