Placements Team Role

This role involves contributing to the success of our Placements team at Marsh India Insurance Brokers Pvt Ltd. As a key member, you will be based in Hyderabad and work in a hybrid environment that requires your presence in the office for at least three days a week.

Key Responsibilities:

We expect you to possess the following skills and qualities:

  • Product Knowledge: You must have an in-depth understanding of EB product offerings, proficiency in claims advocacy and servicing, and knowledge of various insurers, their strengths, and weaknesses.
  • Research Oriented: Your ability to conduct data mining and identify business opportunities, perform in-depth gap analysis for large proposals, and prepare Quotes Comparison Reports (QCR) with useful insights is essential.
  • Key Stakeholder Relationship Management: You must build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders at insurance companies to ensure timely receipt of competitive quotes, visit insurance companies regularly to engage with different stakeholders, and foster continuous engagement.
  • Audit, MIS & Reporting: Your tasks will include entering RFQs and proposal details into the database, generating reports for analysis, sharing status updates with the Head – QMS, and providing information and documentation to auditors as required.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

  • 5-8 years of experience in the insurance industry.
  • Corporate Relationship Management / Business Solution Provider from a service background.
  • Ability to manage diverse client cultures i.e. Indian Corporate, MNC Corporation, and PSU clients.
  • Required Domain knowledge.
  • MBA from a reputed B - School.
