Job Summary:
We are seeking a seasoned Financial Strategist to spearhead financial planning and analysis for our organization.
The ideal candidate will have expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting, with a strong focus on cost optimization and efficiency improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Planning: Develop comprehensive financial plans that align with business objectives, including cash flow projections, balance sheet management, and risk assessment.
- Financial Analysis: Conduct thorough financial analyses to identify areas of improvement, recommend cost-saving measures, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare and present accurate, timely financial reports to stakeholders, including management dashboards, MIS reports, and financial statements.
- Financial Modeling: Build and maintain complex financial models to support strategic decision-making, fundraising activities, and investment analysis.
- Audit Support: Collaborate with internal and external auditors to ensure seamless audit processes, address any issues or concerns, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Cost Optimization: Identify opportunities to reduce costs, improve productivity, and enhance operational efficiency across various departments and functions.
