Recruitment Coordinator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to oversee and manage our recruitment initiatives. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, knowledge of recruitment tools, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support recruiters in managing client relationships and recruitment life cycles.
  • Coordinate with contractors and consultants to provide timely updates on contracts.
  • Assist the HR Manager with the onboarding process for new hires.
  • Develop and maintain effective spreadsheets to track various items.
  • Attend team meetings and client meetings to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and recruitment tools.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
