Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to deliver high-quality business and software solutions. As a Techno-Functional Consultant, you will be responsible for organisational, technical, and project management skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Organising and executing workshops, meetings, and requirements sessions with clients, stakeholders, business analysts, and the consulting team.
  • Effectively interfacing with other members of the consulting team to deliver best-in-class solutions and provide sustainable and scalable solution architecture and applications that meet client requirements.
  • Delivering consultancy and configuration work according to our project methodology, ensuring all software applications are implemented successfully on time and on budget.
  • Maximising usage of OOB features and providing technical design or develop/customise solution approach for identified gaps.
  • Contributing to activities as required, including technical presales, building demos and proof of concept solutions for various client presentations; proactively skilling up on new versions and technology stack to be future-ready.
Essential Skills
  • A university graduate with a relevant degree within a computing or business discipline.
  • Strong functional knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Dynamics CRM covering a wide spectrum of industries and sectors.
  • Minimum 6+ years of relevant and proven end-to-end implementation experience in Dynamics CRM configuration, customisation, standard or customised workflows, dashboards, forms, views, integration, plugin development, report development is a must.
  • Detailed knowledge and understanding of all areas within Customer Engagement including Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Field Services, and Project Service Automation.
  • Working knowledge of the Power Platform (Power Apps, Automate, Power BI).
  • Good understanding of Dynamics 365 Common Data Service and Common Data Model including the customisations and development of Business Data Models for different solutions.
  • Good understanding of Microsoft Dynamics CRM Accelerators, industry templates and add-ons.
