Job Title: Oracle Fusion Techno-Functional Consultant

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Oracle Fusion Techno-Functional Consultant. In this role, you will be responsible for the design, implementation, configuration, and support of OTL functionalities within the Oracle HCM Cloud suite.

The ideal candidate will possess expertise in Oracle Time and Labor (OTL) and have a solid understanding of both functional business processes and technical capabilities. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions and provide ongoing production support and enhancements.

  • Gather business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications.
  • Design and develop solutions, including writing simple OTL fast formulas.
  • Complete Functional User Testing and participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect resolution, and deployment activities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Payroll, Absence Management, and project teams.
