We are looking for an Oracle Cloud ERP Support Lead to join our talented Managed Services team in India. This is a dual-role opportunity combining hands-on Oracle Cloud ERP support with team leadership and management responsibilities.

The Role

You will play a key part in establishing and leading a new India-based ERP support team, working in close collaboration with our established UK team. Alongside your leadership duties, you will remain actively involved in day-to-day support activities, directly engaging with clients and contributing to issue resolution.

You will:

- Lead and manage a team of ERP support consultants based in India, including recruitment, onboarding, and line management responsibilities.
- Work hands-on as a senior Oracle Cloud ERP support consultant, actively triaging, diagnosing, and resolving client issues.
- Partner closely with the UK ERP support lead to build a cohesive, cross-regional support function and align on processes and priorities.
- Oversee and support team members in investigating and troubleshooting user-reported Oracle Cloud ERP issues.
- Maintain clear and accurate documentation of troubleshooting steps and contribute to the improvement of support materials and internal knowledge base.
- Deliver and coordinate training sessions to support the development of less experienced team members.
- Supervise and contribute to quarterly system updates, including testing and deployment activities.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring a high level of satisfaction through timely and effective support.
- Provide strategic input into the development of scalable, high-performing support models.
- Act as a key liaison between the India and UK teams to ensure seamless collaboration and knowledge sharing.

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Oracle ERP Cloud implementations or Managed Service Operations, with a focus on leading or overseeing technical and functional delivery.
- Successfully led or played a key role in at least 1 full-cycle Oracle ERP Cloud project implementation.
- In-depth knowledge of the Oracle ERP Cloud architecture, including financials, procurement, and project portfolio management modules.
- Strong understanding of the underlying database structures and configuration frameworks within Oracle ERP Cloud.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex issues to stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven leadership and team management skills, with a strong track record of delivering projects on time and within scope.
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on problem-solving, especially in complex ERP environments.
- Experience working in a customer-facing role, building trusted relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Able to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-pressure environment.
- Comfortable working with and supporting emerging technologies within the Oracle ecosystem.
- Familiar with Agile or rapid deployment methodologies in Oracle ERP projects.

Person Specification | Skills and Experience (Desirable):

- Broader experience with Oracle Applications, including HCM, SCM, or EPM modules.
- Experience working within a multi-regional or global support model.
- Previous involvement in client onboarding, managed services transitions, or ERP system stabilisation projects.
