Senior Oracle PPM Functional Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Functional Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Oracle PPM with at least 2 end-to-end implementation experiences around Oracle Cloud PPM.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing business requirements and designing solutions that meet the needs of our organization.
  • They will work closely with customers/business stakeholders to gather requirements and solution design.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Working closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements for Oracle Cloud, Project Costing, Billing, and Oracle Time and Labour.
  • Understanding key accounting configurations for Project costing, Billing, and Project Revenue Recognition.
  • Having an in-depth understanding of Project Inter-Company configurations and its integration with other modules.
  • Working in Agile Scrum mode for complex projects using sprint-based models.
  • Collaborating with a team of Business Analysts and Developers for collaborative solutions.
  • Effectively managing and communicating with various work streams to deliver customer and stakeholder goals and objectives on current and previous projects.
  • Developing and maintaining functional design documentation to ensure solutions meet business needs.
  • Assisting and contributing to design workshops and functional process workshops in all Projects/Grants areas.
  • Configuring and testing Oracle PPM systems to meet business requirements.
  • Participating in system upgrades and providing guidance on system design and configuration.
  • Collaborating with technical teams to ensure that solutions are properly integrated with other systems.
  • Providing training and support to end-users on the use of Oracle PPM.
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in Oracle PPM.
Qualifications
  • Experience in Oracle Cloud PPM.
  • Experience with Project Contracts, Project Accounting, Project Billing, Project Costing, Assets Capitalization, Forecast and Budgeting, Grants, or similar module experience.
  • Experience as a resource in the full lifecycle implementation.
  • Strong understanding of project portfolio management and human capital management concepts.
  • Experience with system configuration and testing.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Experience working in Incident management tools such as JIRA.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel.
