Senior Oracle PPM Consultant Role

Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Oracle PPM Consultant to lead the implementation and optimization of our Project Portfolio Management solution. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for analyzing business requirements and designing solutions that meet the needs of our organization.

You will work closely with customers/stakeholders to gather requirements and design solutions, leveraging your expertise in Oracle Cloud PPM. Your strong analytical and problem-solving skills, combined with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, will enable you to effectively manage and communicate various work streams to deliver customer goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements for Oracle Cloud Project Costing, Billing, and Oracle Time and Labour.
  2. Understand key accounting configurations for Project costing, Billing, and Project Revenue Recognition.
  3. Have in-depth understanding around Project Inter-Company configurations and its integration with other Modules.
  4. Worked in Agile Scrum mode for complex projects using sprint-based models.
  5. Collaborate with Business Analysts and Developers for solutions.
  6. Effectively manage and communicate various work streams to deliver customer goals and objectives.
  7. Develop and maintain functional design documentation to ensure solutions meet business needs.
  8. Configure and test Oracle PPM systems to meet business requirements.
  9. Participate in system upgrades and provide guidance on system design and configuration.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in Oracle Cloud PPM.
  • Experience with Project Contracts, Project Accounting, Project Billing, Project Costing, Assets Capitalization, Forecast and Budgeting, Grants or similar module experience.
  • Full lifecycle implementation experience.
  • Strong understanding of project portfolio management and human capital management concepts.
  • Experience with system configuration and testing.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Experienced in Incident management tools such as JIRA.
