About This Opportunity

This position entails leading a project from inception to delivery, requiring strategic oversight and technical expertise in Oracle's FCCS. As the senior team member, you will be responsible for guiding the project scope, resources, and timeline to ensure successful implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with stakeholders to gather business requirements and develop solutions that meet their needs.
  • Design and implement financial close and consolidation processes using FCCS, incorporating integration with HFM and other systems through FDMEE/ODI/Data Management.
  • Collaborate with the project team to create project documents, including BRD, SDD, test scripts, and user manuals.

Skill Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in implementing Oracle FCCS, preferably in a leadership capacity.
  • Strong understanding of financial close and consolidation processes, including technical capabilities and system integrations.
  • Proven ability to articulate complex concepts to stakeholders and drive project deliverables.
  • Certifications in CA or MBA Finance are highly valued.
  • Advanced knowledge of spreadsheets, PowerPoint, and other tools is essential.

Additional Considerations:

  • The ideal candidate should have a strong willingness to travel for project assignments and adapt to changing project requirements.
  • Experience working in the GCC region and knowledge of Hyperion/EPM Planning and Budgeting are significant advantages.
