Job Description

We are seeking an Oracle EPM FCCS Principal to join our team at the Oracle Global Service Center (GSC). The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8 years' experience in EPM, with a strong focus on financial consolidation and close cloud (FCCS).

The GSC is a unit within Oracle that establishes long-term relationships with customers through annuity-based service contracts and project-based one-time services. Our team sells from a broad IT-services portfolio in both fixed price and time and material (T&M) basis.

This role is responsible for the design and development of Oracle Financial Consolidation and Close Cloud (FCCS). You will collaborate with various technical experts within our organization to implement technologies within our Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) system.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Functioning as an applications design architect/lead for Oracle FCCS
  • Providing solutions to existing architecture design on the current system
  • Collaborating effectively with other groups
  • Designing and developing complex features for clients' business needs

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • EPM experience of 8+ years
  • Implementation experience of EPM cloud with strong application development process, experience on FCCS/HFM and good knowledge on consolidation process
  • Experience in requirement gathering and solution design
  • Desired functional knowledge (understanding of income statement, balance sheet, different methods of consolidation and their calculations and disclosure in financial statements)
  • Sound functional knowledge of finance/accounting/general ledger/sub-ledgers
  • Sound knowledge on financial reports and smart view reports
  • Good communication skills
  • Travel readiness
