Job Description

The Oracle EPM Consultant will lead implementation projects with a focus on ARCS (Reconciliation Compliance & Transaction Matching). This individual will have expertise in Oracle EPM, Hyperion EPM Suite components, and data integration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Oracle EPM implementation projects with a focus on ARCS
  • Gather and analyze business requirements related to finance, accounting, and reconciliation processes
  • Design scalable solutions using Oracle ARCS and Hyperion EPM Suite components
  • Develop reports, dashboards, and reconciliation processes aligned with business needs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for data integration, consolidation, and validation
  • Manage stakeholder communications and provide regular project status updates
  • Ensure compliance with financial controls and governance standards
  • Support change management and user training as needed

Requirements:

  • Minimum 7 years of hands-on experience in Oracle EPM implementations
  • Expertise in Oracle ARCS (Account Reconciliation Cloud Service) including Reconciliation Compliance and Transaction Matching modules
  • Strong knowledge of Hyperion EPM product suite (Financial Close, Planning, Essbase, etc.)
  • Solid Finance and Accounting domain knowledge, including General Ledger (GL), sub-ledgers, and reconciliation processes
  • Experience in requirements gathering, solution design, and report/dashboard development
  • Familiarity with data integration and consolidation tools
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills
