Job Title: Mainframe Developer

We are seeking an experienced Mainframe Developer to support our batch mainframe test cycles execution team.

The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in mainframe JCL, COBOL, ISPF tools, VSAM, and other relevant technologies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create, execute, monitor, and fix issues within batch mainframe test cycles for various applications.
  • Maintain application (CLIST) utilities, perform batch JCL reconfiguration, write and update procedural documentation, and perform other duties as assigned.
  • Create, execute, monitor, and fix issues within Informatica workflows using the Informatica Workflow Monitor tool.
  • Execute Teradata queries as assigned.
  • Train new employees on all tasks performed within the team.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience in mainframe JCL, COBOL, ISPF tools, VSAM, etc.
  • Experience with Informatica workflow monitor tools.
  • Knowledge of US Healthcare systems.
  • Exposure to US Clients is an added advantage.
  • Experience with Control-M job scheduler.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Relevant certifications or training programs.
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies.
Education:

An undergraduate Engineering professional or higher qualification is preferred.

Work Experience:

2-3 years of experience in mainframe development.
