Transforming Mainframe Applications with Modern Solutions

About the Role

As a seasoned Senior Mainframe Developer, you will play a pivotal role in designing and developing modernization solutions for legacy mainframe applications. You will work closely with our team to conceptualize and build automation tools that expedite delivery.

Main Responsibilities
  • Design and develop innovative modernization solutions using Java, .Net, and Python technologies
  • Develop and deliver cutting-edge modernization disposition solutions, including Rehost, Re-engineer, Rewrite, Re-architect, and Retire
  • Create solution architecture documentation, feature-breakdown structure documents, and other related artifacts with deep technical and process details
  • Conduct thorough modernization assessments and identify proactive opportunities for growth
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement automation tools
Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong experience in PL1, IDMS DB, ADS O, and IDMS DC
  • Experience in building Modernization Solutions for Legacy Mainframe Applications and transitioning to Cloud Target technologies
  • Good understanding of Software Architecture, enterprise framework, SOA, Microservices, API, and Event-driven frameworks
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to engage with customers, understand problem statements, and provide intelligent solutions
