Cloud Infrastructure Specialist

About the Role:
We are seeking a seasoned Cloud GCP professional to lead our cloud infrastructure and operations team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cloud computing and experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
They will specialize in one or two cloud deployment platforms, with hands-on expertise in GCP services such as GKE, Compute Engine, and Logging and Monitoring tools like ELK, Stackdriver, and CloudWatch.
A robust understanding of configuration management tools such as Ansible, Terraform, Puppet, and Chef is required, along with experience working with deployment and orchestration technologies like Docker, Kubernetes, and Mesos.
The successful candidate will possess excellent analytical, communication, problem-solving, and learning skills, with a strong service attitude and commitment to quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and manage cloud infrastructure on GCP
- Develop and deploy scalable, secure, and high-performance cloud applications
- Evaluate and ensure compliance with security, privacy, and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and value for clients
Requirements:
- At least 5-12 years of experience in cloud infrastructure and operations
- Hands-on experience with GCP services and Logging and Monitoring tools
- Familiarity with configuration management tools and deployment and orchestration technologies
- Strong analytical, communication, problem-solving, and learning skills
