Job Description:

We are seeking a Cloud Infrastructure Support Specialist to join our team.

This role involves translating application requirements into cloud architecture and infrastructure, deploying, managing, and operating scalable, highly available, and fault-tolerant architectures.

The ideal candidate will have experience with public cloud services such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud Platform, and possess strong networking concepts, problem-solving skills, and ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities include selecting the appropriate cloud services based on compute, data, or security requirements, migrating on-premises workloads to cloud service providers, and defining and documenting best practices for infrastructure maintenance.

The successful candidate will have hands-on experience with configuration management tools, Unix/Linux administration, and Service Now incident management.

Key qualifications include proficiency in one of the cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) with intermediate knowledge in at least one other platform, extensive experience with Linux, Ubuntu, or Windows operating systems, and API usage, command-line interface, and SDKs for writing applications.
