Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Identity Access Management Specialist to join our team. This role will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing Identity and Access Management (IAM) systems and solutions.


Responsibilities
  1. Design and develop IAM systems and solutions that protect information resources against unauthorized use and access.
  2. Analyze system design weaknesses and troubleshoot issues related to identities, systems, access, accounts, authentication, authorization, entitlements, and permissions.
  3. Determine and recommend responses to complex problems and issues by assessing impact and prioritization.
  4. Maintain and monitor IAM systems, troubleshooting and resolving incidents, problems, and changes as needed.
  5. Plan and deploy IAM solutions, including onboarding applications.
  6. Provide level 2 and level 3 support for clients and coordinate as needed.
  7. Produce IAM technical documentation, including detailed designs and configuration guides.
  8. Support business development efforts, including defining scope of work and interacting with clients and vendors.
  9. Review and monitor risk evaluation and reduction processes, ensuring audit readiness.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 3+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management domain.
  • Strong understanding of IAM architecture, technology, and standards.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills.
  • Ability to efficiently acquire and utilize new skills in response to change.
  • Experience working in a team-oriented environment.
