Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to contribute to the delivery of Identity and Access Management projects. The ideal candidate will have 4-5 years of experience in Identity and Access Management, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of problem-solving.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage and deliver client engagements with a focus on quality and value addition.
  • Train junior professionals on Identity and Access Management concepts.
  • Serve as an escalation point for project services and incidents.
  • Collaborate with team leads to support secure Identity and Access Management solution implementation.
  • Deliver multiple Identity and Access Management-related projects and initiatives in an Agile environment.
  • Design, deploy, implement, and integrate Identity and Access Management systems with critical applications and infrastructure.
  • Conduct research and apply knowledge to address customer challenges effectively.
  • Perform troubleshooting, implementation, and setup of technical infrastructure.
  • Support Business Analysts with documentation of functional and technical requirements.
  • Develop procedures and scripts for continuous improvement and maintenance activities.
  • Have strong working knowledge of Java and scripting skills.
  • Provide high-quality client service meeting or exceeding expectations.

Requirements:

  • Experience with Identity and Access Management implementations, preferably in a consultant role with client exposure.
  • Proven experience in the relevant domain (4-5 years).
  • Good understanding of IGA, PAM, SSO, and MFA platforms.
  • Ability to adapt to new technologies and tools.
  • Proficient in programming/scripting languages (Python, Java, PowerShell).
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, interpersonal skills.
  • Any accreditation for Identity tools is a plus.
  • Excellent analytical, evaluative, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong technical presentation and communication skills.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
  • Ability to work independently, adapt quickly, and maintain a positive attitude.
  • Ready to quickly learn upcoming IDM tools.
