Job Opportunity

As an AWS Advanced Technology Partner, MGT-Commerce delivers optimized performance and security for Magento stores through tailored technology stack and solutions. With over 40 skilled engineers, the company has served more than 5,000 customers, helping them reach their full potential by leveraging AWS cloud hosting and Magento expertise.

Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the reliability and availability of Linux-based servers hosted on our managed hosting platform.
  • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and maintain high standards for our clients' systems.
  • Configure and manage AWS cloud infrastructure to support our managed hosting services.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their hosting requirements and provide technical support and solutions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a System Administrator in a managed hosting environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Linux operating systems (e.g., CentOS, Ubuntu) and shell scripting.
  • Hands-on experience with AWS services such as EC2, S3, RDS, and IAM.
  • Familiarity with web hosting control panels is advantageous.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively with clients and team members.
  • AWS certification (e.g., AWS Certified SysOps Administrator) is desirable.
