Job Title: Pension Fund Growth Specialist

About the Role:

This exciting opportunity is to take on a key role in expanding National Pension System (NPS) adoption, working closely with corporates, public sector undertakings, emerging partners, and individual clients.

  • Develop and execute business strategies to achieve growth targets and expand the customer base for NPS offerings.
  • Promote NPS services to corporate and retail clients, identifying new opportunities for growth.
  • Generate new leads through effective networking, market outreach, and client engagement.
  • Build strong relationships with top management of corporates (CXOs/VPs), negotiating terms and onboard them as NPS clients.
  • Conduct presentations and awareness sessions on retirement planning solutions, highlighting the benefits of NPS.
  • Provide exceptional client support, resolve queries, and ensure smooth servicing to build strong customer loyalty.
  • Stay updated with PFRDA guidelines and industry best practices to deliver high-quality service.

  • Effective networking, negotiation, and client engagement skills to drive business growth.
  • Ability to work independently and achieve targets in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to travel within Gujarat as per business needs.
