Senior Manager Job Description

Job Title: Senior Manager

Key Responsibilities:
  • Accounting Monitoring: Monitor plant-level accounting activities, ensuring accurate financial reporting and adherence to internal controls.
  • Compliance Management: Ensure all financial practices are in compliance with applicable accounting standards and policies.
  • Receivables Management: Monitor receivables regularly, perform ageing analysis, and coordinate with relevant departments for timely collections.
  • Inventory Control: Lead annual and perpetual inventory processes across all plant locations, ensuring accurate stock reporting and reconciliation.
  • Fixed Asset Verification: Conduct tagging and verification of fixed assets, ensuring proper recording, tracking, and physical verification.
  • Statutory Compliance: Ensure timely adherence to all statutory requirements and coordinate for audits, filings, and documentation as required.
