Key to success in this freelance consultant role is the ability to drive business growth and process efficiency.

The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of SAP S4 Hana, with hands-on experience in finance and supply chain modules (FI, MM, PP, SD).

Responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the transition to S4 Hana SAP, including setup for manufacturing plants and ensuring seamless integration of finance and supply chain modules.
  • Conducting thorough testing, resolving issues, and documenting finance-related transactions and integrations with MM, PP, and SD modules.
  • Validating and managing end-to-end finance processes, such as product costing, BOM impact, SKU costing, accounts payable, provisions, and inventory accounting.
  • Performing transaction testing for procurement, production, inventory, and sales to ensure accurate financial postings and compliance.
  • Monitoring and analyzing logistics costs (primary, secondary, and warehouse), preparing dashboards, and providing actionable insights for variance analysis.
  • Developing dashboards for production variance forecasting, supporting new product costing, business case evaluations, and raising early warnings on costing or BOM issues.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Strong expertise in product costing, BOM analysis, SKU costing, and standard cost calculations.
  • Proficiency in financial accounting processes, including Accounts Payable, GRIR, General Ledger, Fixed Assets, and Inventory Accounting.
  • Skilled analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills to support business case development and process improvements.
