Product Operations Associate

You will work closely with the sales and operations teams, ensuring a seamless handover and continued relationship with aspirants. Your coordination will foster harmony across departments, providing users with a consistent and high-quality experience throughout their journey.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process Optimization: Optimize processes from ideation to execution, ensuring alignment with user expectations and company goals.
  • Collaboration Conductor: Work closely with sales and operations teams to ensure seamless handovers and continued relationships with aspirants.
  • Client Partnership: Develop plans/packages with precision, nurturing robust relationships with users, harmonizing their aspirations, hurdles, and objectives.
  • Solution Development: Create captivating presentations of Nbyula's product and listed services, resonating with each prospect's unique rhythm.
  • Market Intelligence: Maintain vigilance over industry trends and market pulsations, steering us toward strategic triumph.
  • Sales Strategy: Collaborate with the sales ensemble, composing and orchestrating strategies that resonate with our sales crescendo.
