Insurance Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a professional to ensure quality standards are met in our Insurance process. This role involves monitoring customer interactions and providing constructive feedback to agents.
Key Responsibilities:- Monitor calls and evaluate agent performance to identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with process guidelines, quality parameters, and regulatory requirements by conducting regular checks and audits.
- Collaborate with team leaders and trainers to conduct calibration sessions and improve overall quality.
- Analyze data and prepare reports to highlight trends and provide insights to management.
- Identify gaps in the process and recommend improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Support training needs based on quality observations and develop training programs to enhance employee skills.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of quality initiatives and progress.
- A degree in any field is required, while 5-8 years of experience in Quality function (Insurance/BFSI preferred) is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of call auditing, quality frameworks, and compliance standards is essential.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills are necessary to effectively interact with colleagues and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in MS Excel/MIS reporting is required to analyze data and present findings.
- Flexibility to work in rotational/night shifts is also required.
