Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Outreach Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving awareness and engagement for various programs across India.

The role involves building strong partnerships with school leaders, counselors, and academic heads to promote programs. This includes representing the organization at career fairs, expos, workshops, webinars, and other relevant forums.

The Outreach Manager will also execute region-specific outreach campaigns to attract top talent from high schools across India. Additionally, they will manage and nurture relationships with various stakeholders – including parents, principals, education consultants, and partner organizations.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Building and maintaining strong partnerships with school leaders, counselors, and academic heads.
  • Representing the organization at career fairs, expos, workshops, webinars, and other relevant forums.
  • Executing region-specific outreach campaigns to attract top talent from high schools across India.
  • Managing and nurturing relationships with various stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Master's degree in Business, Marketing, PR, or a related field.
  • 3–4 years of experience in outreach, admissions, partnerships, education consulting, or stakeholder management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong presentation and public speaking abilities.
  • High energy, self-motivated, and target-driven.
