Physiotherapy Leadership Opportunity

We seek a visionary leader to spearhead our physiotherapy department, fostering excellence in teaching, clinical practice, and research.

Key Responsibilities
  • Academic Excellence
    • Create and implement academic programs aligned with university, regulatory, and statutory norms.
    • Safeguard curriculum development, effective teaching methods, and continuous assessment.
    • Mentor faculty members in research, publications, and professional growth.
    • Evaluate clinical training and ensure seamless integration with hospital services.
  • Administrative & Managerial
    • Oversee the daily operations of the physiotherapy department.
    • Guarantee compliance with governing body regulations (UGC, State Council, University guidelines).
    • Select, guide, and evaluate faculty and staff performance.
    • Develop budgets, manage resources, and ensure adequate infrastructure.
  • Quality Assurance & Compliance
    • Ensure adherence to accreditation standards (NABH, NAAC, etc.).
    • Maintain accurate records of academic, clinical, and administrative activities.
    • Foster an environment for audits, inspections, and approvals from governing bodies.
  • Stakeholder Engagement
    • Cultivate partnerships with healthcare institutions, universities, and professional organizations.
    • Organize workshops, conferences, and events to enhance learning opportunities.
    • Nurture relationships with parents, students, and alumni to bolster institutional reputation.
    Qualifications & Skills
    • MPT or Ph.D. in Physiotherapy (specialization preferred in Orthopedics, Neurology, or Cardio-respiratory).
    • Minimum 15 years of teaching/clinical experience, including at least 5 years as Professor/Head.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, ensuring effective management of academics, clinical responsibilities, and quality assurance.
