Job Summary

This Business Finance Analyst role is responsible for providing comprehensive support to our organization. The successful candidate will work closely with our Finance Business Partner to drive financial performance towards growth, profitability, and cash optimization.

  • You will provide business planning, forecasting, and decision-making support, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
  • You will collaborate with leadership teams across functions such as General Management, Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, Marketing, and HR to achieve strategic objectives.
  • You will play a key role in driving end-to-end processes related to business planning and forecasting, including quarterly financial control, annual operating plans, and three-year strategic plans.
  • You will serve as the single point of contact for the market/country, providing actionable insights through analytics and financial intelligence.
  • You will team up with market/country leaders to drive operational excellence in areas like margin management, NMC reduction initiatives, channel and customer profitability, sales promotion effectiveness, budgetary controls over discretionary costs, slow-moving and obsolete inventories.
  • You will attend relevant business meetings, track follow-up actions, and proactively bring financial issues to stakeholders' attention.
  • You will participate in cross-functional continuous improvement projects.

Requirements

  • Chartered Accountant or equivalent degree.
  • Excellent people management skills in working with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
  • A consistent approach and calculated risk mindset are drivers for success.
  • 8+ years of experience in finance, preferably in the FP&A domain.
