Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Developer to join our team at Viraaj HR Solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ServiceNow development and implementation, with a focus on designing and developing innovative solutions to meet business needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop ServiceNow solutions and applications to meet business requirements.
  • Customize and enhance ServiceNow platform functionalities to meet business needs.
  • Integrate ServiceNow with other systems and applications to ensure seamless operations.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions within ServiceNow.
  • Participate in testing, debugging, and performance tuning of ServiceNow applications.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for ServiceNow applications and related integrations.
  • Stay updated with ServiceNow best practices, new features, and industry trends.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of IT service management processes using ServiceNow.
  • Train and mentor other team members on ServiceNow development best practices.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or relevant field.
  • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification.
  • 3 years of experience in ServiceNow development and implementation.
  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for ServiceNow development.
  • Indepth knowledge of ITSM processes and CMDB concepts.
  • Experience in integrating ServiceNow with third-party applications and systems.
  • Proficient in Agile development methodologies and related tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
  • Familiarity with ITIL framework and practices.
  • Experience with ServiceNow Performance Analytics and Reporting.
  • Knowledge of ServiceNow platform administration and configuration.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and deliver within defined timelines.
  • Security Clearance or willingness to undergo security clearance checks as per organizational requirements.
