ServiceNow Solutions Developer

At Whitefield Careers, we are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Solutions Developer to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions to meet business needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and design solutions within the ServiceNow platform.
  • Develop custom applications in ServiceNow to meet specific business needs.
  • Configure and customize ServiceNow modules such as Incident Management, Change Management, and Problem Management.
  • Implement and maintain ServiceNow integrations with third-party systems.
  • Create and maintain system and application documentation.
  • Provide technical expertise in identifying, evaluating, and developing solutions that meet user requirements.
  • Participate in Agile development processes and contribute to sprint planning and review sessions.
  • Develop and maintain ServiceNow workflows, forms, and reports.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective ServiceNow implementation and integration.
  • Conduct testing, debugging, and troubleshooting of ServiceNow applications.
  • Train and support end users on ServiceNow functionalities and best practices.
  • Keep up-to-date with ServiceNow best practices and new features.
  • Assist in the implementation of Service Portal and other user interfaces.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of ServiceNow platform capabilities.
  • Monitor and optimize ServiceNow performance.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification.
  • Minimum of X years of experience in ServiceNow development and implementation.
  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for ServiceNow customization.
  • Experience in IT Service Management (ITSM) processes and best practices.
  • Proficiency in configuring and managing the CMDB within ServiceNow.
  • Proven experience in ServiceNow integration with external systems and applications.
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile environments.
  • Proficiency in SQL and database management for ServiceNow.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Experience in developing and implementing Service Portal or other user interfaces is a plus.
  • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certification is a plus.
  • Experience in performance tuning and optimization of ServiceNow implementations is a plus.
