At Cityscope, we're building a discovery platform that brings together content, creators, and communities to help people explore their city through unique experiences, stories, and happenings.

We believe in designing a new kind of map, made by the people who live in it. This map is powered by local voices and turns every city into a living ecosystem.

We're looking for a Community Manager to help build this map, not just by curating it, but by gathering citizens, creators, and collaborators who will shape it.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and Grow Micro-Communities: Build city-based WhatsApp groups, creator clubs, and interest-based channels.
  • Launch Hyperlocal Hubs: Support events, creators, and contributors across categories.
  • Build Offline Meetups: Develop calendars of pop-ups, club events, and gatherings powered by Cityscope.
  • Keep Members Engaged: Create rituals, challenges, and activities that inspire community members.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 2–4 years in community management, creator relations, social media, or cultural programming.
  • Strong understanding of WhatsApp-first communities, digital tools, or city-based networks.
  • Experience in organizing offline events, managing contributors, or running community-led initiatives.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; Hindi + English fluency preferred.
