As a Life Skills Programs Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in the successful implementation of our programs across schools in Hyderabad.

In this dynamic position, you will collaborate closely with school management, teachers, and academic heads to ensure seamless program delivery.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills, as well as a proven track record of coordinating, training, and implementing educational programs in schools.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating with content teams to ensure high-quality program implementation
  • Participating in strategy and planning for multiple offerings, including workshops, seminars, and training programs
  • Maintaining implementation timelines and milestones
  • Ensuring successful program delivery through effective decision-making and action-taking
  • Facilitating open communication with stakeholders for smooth functioning
  • Presenting and collaborating on activities related to networking and acquiring new schools to support business development

Required qualifications include:

  1. Bachelor's degree in education, psychology, social work, or a related field
  2. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills
  3. Proven experience in coordinating, training, and implementing educational programs in schools
  4. Willingness to travel to assigned schools for program implementation and support activities

Desirable skills include:

  • Experience in life skills education or related fields
  • Experience working with diverse populations
  • Knowledge of the Indian education system
