Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a seasoned financial expert with extensive experience in finance and accounting to fill this critical role. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in finalizing accounts, managing financial reporting, and improving financial controls. Additionally, they should have knowledge of treasury management, fund raising, income tax compliance, GST compliance, auditing, RBI compliance, and NBFC experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review standalone and consolidated financial statements according to Ind AS / IGAAP requirements and coordinate with statutory auditors.
  • Manage all tax-related matters, including GST, direct tax, and tax audit.
  • Review quarterly and year-to-date financial results for presentation to the Board of Directors.
  • Participate in Investment Committee meetings to monitor investments and IPS compliance.
  • Review reports/data and coordinate with corporate tax teams for statutory compliances – tax returns.

Required Qualifications:

  • Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA) or equivalent.
  • Experience: Over 12 years in finance and accounting.
