Senior Operations Manager Responsibilities- Leverage your leadership skills to drive global Partner Advisory operations, targets, KPIs, and client deliverables.
- Conduct in-depth business analysis to identify risks and opportunities; recommend strategic improvements to optimize performance.
- Build and maintain strong partner relationships, delivering tailored solutions that meet their evolving needs.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to manage advisory projects from planning to execution, ensuring successful outcomes.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing advisory team to foster innovation and growth.
To excel in this role, you will require:
- Minimum 14+ years of relevant experience working with & managing Global Technical Support/ Sales Operations.
- Proven ability to handle a team of 150+ FTE's, driving productivity and efficiency.
- Strong understanding of cloud technologies and the digital transformation concept.
- Excellent sales pipeline management and negotiation skills.
- Account management and profiling experience is a must.
- Ability to work against revenue and pipeline-related targets, as well as work under pressure and tight deadlines.
