Director of Data Science Leadership

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in data science and experience in leveraging real-time analytics to inform decision-making. They will lead the development of a structured data science roadmap, handle end-to-end client AI & analytics programs, and drive business results with data-based insights.

This role offers a unique opportunity to work in our Bengaluru office as part of a fast-paced, diverse environment. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing a data science strategy that aligns with business objectives
  • Leading a team to execute the data science roadmap effectively
  • Collaborating with clients to understand their analytics needs and delivering tailored solutions
  • Prioritizing project management skills to deliver complex projects efficiently

Mandated Skills include a B-Tech/M-Tech/MBA from a top-tier institute, preferably in a quantitative subject, along with 14+ years of experience in applied Machine Learning, AI, and analytics. Desired Skills encompass deep understanding of ML algorithms for common use cases, comfort with large-scale data processing, and exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
