Experienced Accounts Payable Manager Wanted

Job Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Assistant Manager - Accounts Payable. The ideal candidate will possess hands-on experience in Zoho Books and be responsible for end-to-end AP operations, ensuring timely vendor payments and maintaining accurate financial records while adhering to statutory compliances.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process vendor invoices with precision and accuracy, adhering to company policies.
- Enter and manage invoices in Zoho Books, including PO matching and GRN checks.
- Maintain vendor master data management systems.
- Schedule and process vendor payments as per agreed credit terms.
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies promptly.
- Prepare AP ageing reports and assist in month-end and year-end closing procedures.
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements.
- Coordinate with various teams to facilitate smooth workflow.
- Generate reports and assist in audits as required.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of Accounts Payable processes and accounting principles.
- Understanding of GST, TDS, and other statutory regulations.
- Advanced MS Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certified Management Accountant (CMA) or equivalent degree in Finance with 5-7 years of experience.
