Senior Accounts Payable Analyst
Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accounts Payable Analyst to join our finance team. This role is responsible for overseeing end-to-end accounts payable processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely processing of invoice payments.
The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, experience with ERP systems, and the ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
- Invoice Management: Review, verify, and process invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
- Vendor Communication: Handle vendor inquiries and resolve discrepancies related to invoices, purchase orders, and payments.
- AP Process Oversight: Manage invoice matching, coding, approvals, and posting in ERP systems, ensuring adherence to company policies and controls, as well as regulatory requirements.
- Payment Reconciliation: Analyze payment rejections, reconciling vendor statements, and coordinating with internal teams and suppliers to resolve issues.
- A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in accounts payable or similar finance roles, preferably in a shared services or multinational environment.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end AP processes and controls.
- Attention to detail.
- Accountability and ownership.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Process-oriented mindset.
- Team player with the ability to work independently.
