Job Role Summary

Job Description:
  • We seek an experienced professional to perform in-depth analysis of sectors or companies under coverage for global clients.
  • Responsibilities include conducting stock picking, research, financial modeling, and formulating opinions to communicate investment ideas effectively.
  • The ideal candidate will supervise, mentor, manage conflicts, provide training, and continuous feedback for performance improvement and development of Executives and Analysts.
  • Key responsibilities also involve communicating investment ideas through short notes, industry letters, initiation notes, earnings updates, etc.
  • Analyzing balance sheets, profit and loss statements, cash flow statements, and financial ratios is essential to assess company performance.
  • Identifying key KPIs, emerging trends, industry updates, competitive environment, associated risks, and valuation metrics is crucial to conclude investment theses.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A Master's degree in Finance (MBA) + CA/CFA (minimum level 2).
  • Minimum two years of experience in stock analysis.
  • Preferably US markets.
  • Excellent analytical, financial analysis, stock picking, and English writing skills are a must.
