Job Description

A seasoned financial services professional is sought to join our elite remote team. This role involves independently owning and managing complex tasks, working in a fast-paced environment, and contributing meaningfully to the development of advice solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4+ years' experience in paraplanning or technical financial advice support roles and possess a strong understanding of Australian financial advice regulations, compliance, and client strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare compliant Statements of Advice (SoAs) and Records of Advice (RoAs)
  • Conduct detailed financial modelling, legislative research, and product analysis

Strategy Paper Development

  • Build and draft comprehensive financial strategy papers outlining the rationale, benefits, risks, and implementation approach for recommended strategies
  • Translate complex financial scenarios into clear, written strategies

Implementation & Client Workflow

  • Execute pre-boarding, onboarding, and implementation of client strategies
  • Manage rollovers, contributions, investment switches, insurance applications, and other advice actions

Systems & Process Management

  • Use XPLAN for advice production and CRM tracking
  • Leverage GoHighLevel (GHL) to manage workflows, automation, and communications
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 4 years' experience in paraplanning or technical financial advice support roles
  • Strong understanding of Australian financial advice regulations, compliance, and client strategy
  • Demonstrated experience in developing strategy papers and advice narratives
  • Advanced working knowledge of XPLAN and GoHighLevel
