About the Role

This is an opportunity to join a leading automation specialist as a SAP SuccessFactors consultant in their India office, working on SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (SAP SF EC) projects.

Job Description

The role involves planning, managing, and overseeing full implementation projects, coordinating internal and external stakeholders. As a technical lead & advisor, you will own technical implementation and configuration, act as a trusted advisor, analyze business requirements, design integrations, and conduct testing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Manager – SAP SuccessFactors EC: Manage project scope, timelines, and resources to deliver successful outcomes.
  • Technical Lead & Advisor – SAP SuccessFactors EC: Provide expert advice on technical implementation and configuration, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, preferably with SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Experience in managing HR IT projects, international rollouts, and agile project management methodologies.
  • Strong communication, facilitation, presentation, and intercultural competence skills.
