We are seeking a seasoned expert to spearhead the development of cutting-edge digital solutions for financial institutions. Our ideal candidate will have extensive experience in leading cross-functional teams and driving innovative projects from concept to delivery.

  • Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of enterprise-wide digital platforms using Microsoft Power Platform and Dataverse.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business requirements and translate them into technical specifications and system configurations.
  • Develop scalable and efficient applications using Model-driven Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Azure components.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies such as Azure Open AI, Copilot Studio, AI Builder, and Copilot Agents, and recommend their adoption within the organization.
  • Incorporate Power Platform solutions with other systems using Azure Data Factory Data Flows, Power Automate, Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Custom Connectors, and REST APIs.
  • Conduct architecture reviews, code reviews, and performance optimization for Power Apps solutions.
  • Implement Power Platform ALM strategies using tools like Power Platform Build Tools and Azure DevOps to streamline development, testing, and deployment processes.

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • At least 10 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM/Dynamics 365
  • Bachelor's Degree in IT or Computer Science
  • Professional certification in CRM or an equivalent industry-recognized credential
  • Hands-on experience in implementing and customizing Model-driven Power Apps, Canvas Apps on Dataverse, and using Power Platform and Azure components such as CoPilot Studio (Power Virtual Agents), AI Builder, Power Automate, Power BI, and Azure OpenAI
  • Ability to integrate Power Platform with other systems using Azure services or other API Management platforms
  • Experience in extending Power Platform using custom connectors and PCF controls
  • Strong understanding of low-code/no-code solutions market trends and value propositions
