Localization Project Manager Job Description

Magnon is a global advertising and marketing agency with offices across India. We are part of the Fortune 200 global media corporation - Omnicom Group. As a localization project manager, you will be responsible for all project direction, planning, completion, and financial outcome.

The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and have experience working in a team environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Project allocation and management
  • Capacity management and forecasting
  • Team management and communication
  • Monitoring and executing projects within given timelines
  • Adhering to KPIs and identifying areas for improvement
  • Managing communications with multiple stakeholders
  • Handling escalations and providing solutions
  • Deep diving into RCA and AI analysis
  • Preparing reports and analyzing numbers
  • Drafting meeting minutes and acting as a partner to clients

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Confident and empathetic listener
