Job Description

Sales Support and Client Engagement

- Assist in identifying and prospecting potential clients within the translation and localization market
- Support the sales team in preparing proposals, presentations, and pricing strategies
- Maintain and update client databases with accurate and timely information

Market Research

- Conduct market research to understand client needs, industry trends, and competitor activities
- Provide actionable insights to improve sales approaches and identify new growth opportunities

Relationship Building

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and business partners
- Participate in client meetings, calls, and industry events to gain practical experience

Sales Process Execution

- Learn and assist in executing the complete sales cycle from lead generation through deal closure
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as project managers and linguists to ensure excellent client satisfaction

Training and Development

- Attend workshops, training sessions, and mentorship programs to develop skills in sales, negotiation, and industry knowledge
- Prepare reports and share insights with senior leadership as part of continuous learning

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, or related field
- Strong interest in sales and the translation/localization industry
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving and organizational abilities
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic, multicultural environment
