Job Description

As a seasoned IT Procurement Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving our sourcing activities and supplier relationships to deliver best possible value to the company.

You will be responsible for managing and supporting tactical and strategic procurement processes globally, reviewing and negotiating vendor contracts, and identifying opportunities to deliver additional commercial savings and benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leverage expertise to identify savings opportunities and contribute to exceeding targets and pipelines.
  • Act as an independent subject matter expert for inquiries from stakeholders, providing clear guidance on negotiation strategy and savings opportunities.
  • Coordinate between the IT Procurement Manager and the IT Procurement Coordinator.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Significant (7+ years) experience in sourcing and category management for Tech procurement categories at a global, regional, and local level.
  • Expertise in commercial negotiations resulting in savings, benefits, and value-added services.
  • Experience of creating a commercial capability and mindset across a business unit or function, including sharing best commercial practice.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
